Driver Whiz

Driver Whiz will ensure you get the most out of your hardware by always using up-to-date drivers. You see, this application scans your machine, detects outdated drivers, then downloads and updates your drivers. With Driver Whiz on your PC you can rest assured that you always have the latest drivers for your hardware.

The system requirements for running Driver Whiz are: 300Mhz processor or better, 256MB of RAM memory or more, 22MB of free disk space, .NET Framework, Windows operating system (anything from Windows 2000 up to Windows 8). A simple setup wizard will help you install Driver Whiz on your Windows-powered machine.

There are 6 buttons in the upper left hand corner of the application’s interface:
Home – presents an overview of your system.
History – lists all the drivers the application downloads.
Tools – lists several utilities: Scan Configuration, Driver Assistant, Driver Downloads, and more.
EZ Migrator – a tool that creates a device driver migration CD.
Help – this one is self explanatory.

When you launch Driver Whiz, the application will automatically identify your computer and it will invite you to launch a scan. Click the big Scan Now button and the system scan will commence – the scan covers missing, corrupt, and outdated drivers. Once the scan is complete, Driver Whiz will tell you which drivers are outdated and will invite you to update them.

Please note that the trial version will detect outdated drivers but will not update them. Only the registered version will detect and update drivers.
